Phillipsburg resident, Marcia G. Paulsen, passed away Wed. Aug 21 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg at the age of 64. She was born October 18, 1948 in Riverside, CA, the daughter of Merle & Geraldine (Hopson) Francis. She was a customer service representative at the First National Bank & Trust, Phillipsburg.
Survivors include her husband Dennis of the home; 2 daughters, Tiffany VanDerVeen of Prairie View & Courtney Martin of Boston, MA; 2 brothers, Jim Francis of Greeley, CO & Rick Francis of Shawnee, KS & 2 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sat. August 24, at 10:30 a.m. in the United Methodist Church, Phillipsburg with Rev. Gary Davison officiating. Burial will follow in the Iowa Union Cemetery, Phillips County.
Visitation will be from 12:00 to 9:00 Friday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Foundation For Sarcoidosis Research or to Hospice Services.
