Hays, Kansas – Agnesine B. (Leiker) Boucher, age 94, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Via Christi Village in Hays, Kansas.
She was born January 31, 1921, in Munjor, Kansas to Alex B. and Margaret (Befort) Leiker. She married Albert O. Boucher Sr. on October 2, 1944, in Munjor, Kansas. He died December 6, 1992.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Hays, Kansas. In her early years she enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. She was an avid garage sale person and enjoyed her friends and staff when she lived at Cedar View Assisted Living, St. John’s of Hays and Via Christi Village.
Survivors include her son, Al Boucher, Hays, KS; three grandchildren, Les Boucher, Hays, KS; Laurie Hendricks and husband, Joe, Olathe, KS; Amy Kuhlman and husband, Duane, Petersburg, NE, three great grandchildren, Brock and Brody Hendricks; Kelsie Kuhlman; and one sister, Isabelle Koerner, Hays, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, Josephine Gable, Tillie Dreiling,
Mary Pfannenstiel and Theresa Leiker.
Services are at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 18 and Vine Hays, Kansas. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery Hays, Kansas.
A vigil service will be at 7:00 P.M. Friday, at Cline’s Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67601.
Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:30 P.M. Friday, and from 8:30 to 9:45 A.M. Saturday, all at Cline’s Mortuary of Hays.
